HCOMS have put together the front page design of the new BPA website. The design is only the first page and the links on the site will not work. Please look at www.hcoms.co.uk/bpa.

I understand the reason the website does not fill the screen (because older machines with smaller monitors would struggle to fit) But I think we should go for the bigger size because:
    - Actually the majority of our members are technically aware and have very modern machines, just look at the number of lap tops on DZ and the free wi-fi
    - This website will be up for a number of years, so lets future proof it rather than make it look old before we start.

Looks great to me, nice work!

    Thanks for the timetable too.

Like the look couple of comments, not keen on the blue sky on the outside, as martin mentioned it would be better if it filled the screen.
apart from that i think it looks good

    Hi All

Looks very good to me, my only dislike much as Martin says is the size of the page and the blue sky background, if the web site could be made bigger to remove the sky background. apart from that gets my OK

I feel the new full width looks the part, as long as the top problem can be resolved i think this is the one to go with, ( they do say size matters )

I like the wide website looks good. Has a much better feel

  7. Martin Soulsby Says:

Yep like the full screen site, I assume the adverts on the right will work on the proper site

  8. Martin Shuttleworth Says:

Like widescreen version best, if top banner could be widened too. Would like to see ads in situ to see whether balance of page looks OK. Thanks!

    Think it looks great.

The best design is the full page can I ask if the banner resolution is a temp problem or will this be resolved?
